What these terms cover

They cover this website and your use of it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

They are not a product agreement, because there is not yet a product you can use. Nothing here gives you access to anything, and nothing here is a promise that access will be granted. If we do grant it, that will be under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Using the site

You may read the site, print from it, and share it inside your organisation, for your own business purposes. That is the whole of the licence, and everything else stays with us.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, republish or resell any part of it, or use it to train a model.

• Submit the access form by automated means, or submit information that is not yours to give.

• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, our servers, or our databases that is not made available to you.

• Introduce anything malicious, or attempt to interfere with the site's availability for anyone else.

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaks a law that applies to you.

We may withdraw your access to the site if you do any of these, and we do not have to warn you first.

Asking for access

The form is a request, not an application we are obliged to consider or accept. We may reply, ask you something, or decline, and we do not have to give a reason. No contract comes into existence because you submitted it, or because we replied.

Please give us information that is accurate and yours to give. What we do with it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted are set out in our privacy notice at https://xamar.ai/legal/privacy.

What this site says, and what it does not

The site describes what we are building at the level of what it does, not how it works. It is a description, not a specification, and it will change as the product does.

Every figure in the product demonstration is illustrative, and is marked as such on the page itself. Those numbers are drawn to show how the system reads, not to describe a real facility. They are not a quote, a price, a forecast, a valuation, a benchmark, or a representation about anything actual.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial instrument, and nothing on it is intended to be an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity within the meaning of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Please take your own advice before acting on anything you read here.

We keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of errors, and it may go out of date between one visit and the next.

What belongs to us

The name Xamar AI Ltd, the Xamar mark, and everything on this site, including the words, the design, the code, the illustrations and the way the whole thing moves, belong to us or are used with permission. Reading the site gives you no rights in any of it beyond the licence described above.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, we link because it is useful, not because we endorse it. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what is on them, and their terms and privacy practices are their own.

Availability

The site is provided free, as it is. We do not promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults, and we may change it, suspend it or withdraw it at any time without telling you first.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and because this is a free informational site rather than a service you are paying for, we exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any liability for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of contracts or revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and any indirect or consequential loss, however caused, arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything in it.

If you are using the site as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, none of this affects your statutory rights.

Your information

We collect very little, and this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third party scripts. Our privacy notice at https://xamar.ai/legal/privacy sets out what we hold, why we hold it, how long for, and every right you have over it, including how to complain to us and to the regulator.

Getting in touch, and complaining

Write to contact.us@xamar.ai about anything on this site or about the company. If your complaint is about how we have handled your personal information, the privacy notice sets out a route with deadlines attached, and that is the one to use.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site, and the date below the title tells you when it last changed. This version is dated 26 August 2026.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over them.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
