Kai learns from your company's work tools, under your guidance. It starts with small tasks, moves to medium ones, and leaves the long, hard problems with people. Every correction makes it sharper.

Yes, for routine work. Kai finishes tasks before anyone asks. Payments, client emails and access changes always wait for your one tap, however small the task.

No. Kai never sees your screen or keystrokes and never touches personal accounts. It never guesses at mood, stress or health, and it learns only from the work tools your company connects.

It stays inside your company, encrypted on your own cloud account or a Kai Box in your office, and processed by local open models. Data crosses the internet only when Kai uses something outside your network, such as a cloud tool you already use, a web search, or a service your admin approved. Only that one request goes, and every one is logged.

Nothing about your work. Kai only downloads signed updates. Its sole message back is a box ID, version and licence check. Our team can access your Kai only if you open a time-limited session, and every session is logged.

The work, project by project: done, waiting for a tap, or at risk. Managers never see approval counts or a summary of any one person. Kai is never used to rate or rank anyone, and our contract bans it. A manager can open someone's Kai only in set exceptions, and every opening is logged.

New model weights arrive over the air, straight into your company's cloud or Kai Box. Teams can also fine-tune models locally and keep custom weights for complex tasks, all inside the company.

Yes. A secure work app lets you call or instruct Kai from your phone or work computer over an encrypted connection. It never touches your personal apps, photos or contacts.

Only in set exceptions: a legal hold, a security incident, or recovering work knowledge when someone leaves. Each needs two senior approvers, is read-only and time-limited, and every opening is logged where you can see it.

Yes. You can see everything your Kai did, and correct, pause or erase what it learned. Erasing is paused only during a legal hold. Finance actions and security events are kept on a tamper-proof record for audits, inside your company and never with Xamar.

Kai blocks risky actions, such as hidden instructions in emails or mass data pulls, and alerts your security team through their own tools. It never judges people's behaviour or reports conversations to HR.
